Patient Portal

This is a HIPAA compliant portal that allows you to access your health information, after visit summaries that include the plan we decide upon, and lab results. You can also schedule appointments through the portal. This is often the easiest/fastest way to get ahold of the clinic.

 

Please do not send any urgent needs through the portal. If you have an urgent need please call us at 541-690-1215. If it is a medical emergency then please call 9-1-1.
