EXCITING news...

We are thrilled to announce that Ashley Warner's practice from Women's Health and Wellness Clinic, has been transitioned into the national women's health company, Midi Health!
If you would like to continue to see Ashley Warner, WHNP, you can set up your Midi patient account, and email care@joinmidi.com to request to see Ashley Warner. Just mention you were a former patient of hers, and you wish to follow her to Midi!

Midi Health is able to offer you enhanced services that were not available from Women's Health and Wellness Clinic, while offering you an excellent group of clinicians who can support your unique health needs.

This transition will provide you with the option to continue your high quality, comprehensive women's health care with this amazing company, regardless of the state you live in, or to obtain your records in the future, to transfer care elsewhere.
Midi Health will now seamlessly take over the management of your medical records, and if you choose, continue providing you with comprehensive women's health services. Please direct all future medical record requests to Midi Health with a signed medical records release faxed to 833-775-1861.
Midi Health accepts many health insurance plans! Please set up your patient account, and add in your health plan information when prompted. This will help you determine if they are in network with your plan.

They accept PPO plans only, and have varying in network status with the different insurance companies.

If your plan is considered out of network, but you think it should be in network, please contact your insurance company to check on the coverage. If you are still have questions, you can email billing@joinmidi.com to ask questions about your specific plan and situation, as insurance can be complicated!

In general:
-
Most PPO plans with Blue Cross/Anthem, United HealthCare, Aetna, and Cigna are in network!
-
Some insurance companies offer out of network coverage through a different company, and those will often be covered as well.
-
Medicare patients can be seen, but are cash pay.
-
Medicaid patients are not able to be seen at this time, even if you choose to pay cash, as there are laws preventing health clinics from accepting cash payments from Medicaid patients.
